1981 Honda CBX

Up for sale is 1981 Honda CBX 1000 1047 Prolink mono shock.

Engine started and idled last year when I bought it. I bought it last year to restore but later I found a 1979 cbx which I always wanted. Thats the reason I am selling this to fund my 1979 restoration. Bike is almost complete minus 3 lenses on the gauge cluster. Clear coat is coming off on the right top side of the gas tank. (pls see pictures) Gas tank has a very little seepage on the left side above the left cover tab hole. There is no rust inside the gas tank. The side stand is not attached to the bike but included. The side stand bracket will need to weld back on the frame. A very common problem on prolinks. Bike will need to be gone through before its road worthy. Which includes new tires, carb work, front forks and brakes.
