Vintage 1940s era Tom Sawyer 2 pocket short sleeve western shirt marked “age 20 - neck 14 1/2”. Fits like a modern medium and feels like cotton. Shirt has former owners name sewn in neck and initials stamped on the inner collar.
Pre owned, shows general wear and age patina. Shirt was obviously starched and stored away for decades. Has not been recently cleaned but I did heat steam it. Any issues due to age and storage. Does have age discoloration in in areas throughout. All original buttons present. Shirt was very starched - the sleeves were stuck together I had to pull apart to photograph. Definitely well made and wearable. Has a great look to it.
