Bought from a local Newport, RI estate
and collector of cufflinks,
these early 1900's 14K yellow gold shirt studs.
Still in original box.
Shirt studs contain cabochon sapphire center
in a gumdrop style.
Surrounding centers is white inlay of pearl, jade, enameling?
The outer circle has textured relief work.
In excellent condition for their age.
Shirt studs weigh 5.4 grams of stamped 14K.
Button faces measure about 15 mm diameter.
True vintage and very beautiful.
Perfectly understated accessory.
