This is a brand new item in original and sealed Dell box. It is compatible with a number of different Dell laptop lines, but not all models within each line. See the list below. The photo of the item plugged in is a stock photo from the Dell website.

This may look like the standard Dell charging brick, but this is a bit different. T
his doesn't have an extra power cord like the typical Dell charging setup - it is a smaller "brick" that plugs directly into the outlet (like a MacBook style charger)  and the other end plugs directly into the laptop. It is a 3' cord.
Provides 65-Watt of power to charge your system.
Neatly wrapped 3-foot power cord fits snugly around the adapter for less bulk in your bag.
The LED indicator lets you know you it’s on, and makes it easy to find in a dimly lit space.
A handy wall adapter that attaches easily to your power adapter, enabling it to fit into crowded sockets and power strips. Choose from three different plug orientations to save room and fit into crowded outlets.
Every detail has been carefully considered - from soft, bendable cables to smooth, rounded corners.
Once the box is opened, I won't accept returns.
I've found two compatibility lists on the Dell website which mostly overlap, but have slight additions or deletions. I'm presuming both together represent the full list, so look at each carefully to verify that your laptop is compatible. If your model is not on the list but in the same family of laptops, drop me a line and I'll try to determine if they're compatible.
