This folded and stapled sheet was mailed by the Deputy Director (Technical) of the Department of Civil Aviation, Burma to the Airwest Manual Department at the San Francisco, California International Airport in 1977 franked by:
a horizontal pair of 5p pink and violet children issue of 1974, Scott 246,
a horizontal strip of six of the 25p yellow & brown Crested Serpent Eagle issue of 1964, Scott 183,
a 50p Sarus Crane issue of 1964, Scott 184, and
two 15p International Literacy (Abacus) issues of 1976, Scott 258,
all cancelled/tied by double circle date stamps.
Purple 'Via Air Mail' handstamp.
The sheet opens up to expose a Hughes Airwest Manual Revision Transmittal Sheet for the Maintenance Procedures Manual for a Revision No. 218.
Staple pull-throughs on front from opening. No backstamps.
