ACTIVATION:
-Sim card will be activated within 12-24 business hours (holidays don't count)
-You need to wait until the SIM card is delivered to you since we need its number to be able to schedule activation
PLEASE NOTE:
1- You will receive a confirmation message when your SIM card is activated. Please do not send multiple requests
2- Please do not send us your previously used SIM card number. It does not work and will cause a delay
3- In rare cases, there may be a technical problem that prevents us to activate your SIM card during these hours. In such cases, we will communicate it to you and will process your request as soon as the issue is resolved
