    Condition is pre-loved.  This has a ton of life left in it, but definitely shows some wear at the collar where a tie has rubbed against it for years. Also the cuffs are fraying and there is wear on the placket where it wore against a zipper. It does however balance that out with an amazingly soft hand that says you've been a Brooks Brother for years.
