vintage Mr Leggs mens shirt blue/pink/gray 60-70s disco large rn15541 paisley?

vintage mr leggs shirt..made of 65%polyester 35% combed cotton..large...tapered...permanent press..1960s-70s?
..short sleeves...love that long pointy collar!!,see pic...colors are pink/blue/gray on gray with some white and pearl white buttons,see pics...made in korea..rn 15541..is it paisley pattern?..im not sure what the correct name for the pattern is,see pics ...i did not clean it..the inside of colllar has a yellow line or "ring around the collar",it may come out,i did not try, see last pic...the care tag on inside is not sewn on one side,see pic..no holes or snags ,would look great for any occasion!...see pics and description for measurements!
