Vintage "Hands Off" Turtleneck Shirt Blue M s 70s logo like hang ten -blems

Up for purchase is a vintage "Hands Off" long sleeve turtleneck shirt.  Has embroidered Hands logo in the style of Hang Ten's feet -logo is in similar color thread as the shirt, so it doesnt stand out a lot.
Color is a solid Blue shade.  Shirt is made of 50 polyester - 50 cotton.
The tag size notation is 'M'.  It measures @ 20 inches across the chest between the bottom of the armhole seams and will probably fit between a S or M;  length is @ 23 inches from the front of the collar at the neckline to bottom front.
Regardless of what the tag size says, PLEASE USE THE CHEST SIZE MEASUREMENT TO DETERMINE IF THIS SHIRT WILL FIT.
This vintage shirt shows overall wear from use and age -some uneven fading including along the underside of the collar, some faint discoloration on the front of the shirt, fabric piling and pinpoint snags on the bottom half of the shirt.  No rips, tears, holes.
