Superbly tanned soft and pliable Deerskin, nicely fringed. It has some great features; including fringed chest and shoulders, one exterior chest pocket, leather collar, pearl snap-buttoned sleeve ends, long side zipper for easy on and off, intact labels, etc.
Most wearable - and it will still be wearable years from now with minimal care.
Another authentic vintage classic - so much more style and of better quality than most everything you'll find today.
All items fit differently so please follow measurements. Size is tagged a size 40 - but we recommend that you measure an actual garment that fits you well and compare the measurements for the best fit. Please follow these measurements and contact us if any questions.
All measurements taken on outside of shirt laid flat. Measurements are;
Chest taken under arms - 43 inches.
Shoulders - measured across the back from shoulder seam to seam - 17.5 inches.
Sleeve - from shoulder seam to sleeve cuff - 26 inches.
Sleeve - from bottom of collar seam to sleeve cuff - 32 inches.
Length taken from top to bottom of coat - 27.5 inches.
Bottom edge measured all the way around - 44 inches.
Condition is very good - excellent vintage. No holes, tears or significant wear, just a small amount of expected normal wear. Missing a few pieces of fringe but hardly noticeable. A few minor rub-marks, spots, etc through out shirt but nothing significant and may come out if cleaned. You may find it wearable as is, but as with all vintage items, we recommend cleaning.
